Helping Our Community in Meaningful Ways
Warm Coats for Local Children
HHOC is preparing to provide approximately 160 new winter coats to children in need throughout our community. Working with local schools, social workers, and community partners helps us identify children who need support and ensure warm coats reach families directly.
Holiday Hunger Food & Fund Drive
HHOC is partnering with the Regional Food Bank for the Holiday Hunger Appeal, collecting food, baby products, hygiene items, and household essentials for neighbors facing food insecurity. The Food & Fund Drive runs October 1 through November 18 and gives our community another way to help local families during the holiday season.
Supporting Students in our Community
HHOC recently provided school supplies to Access Supports for Living in Middletown, helping provide essential school items for approximately 25 children. Through partnerships with local organizations, we work to make sure children have the basic supplies they need to start school prepared and confident.
Supporting Veterans & Their Families
Veterans are an important part of HHOC’s mission. Through our Veteran Liaison and community partnerships, we are working to expand access to food, clothing, essential items, transportation support, and connections to available resources for veterans and their families facing hardship in Orange County.
Our Impact is Growing!
At Helping Hands of Orange County, every program and partnership is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. From providing essential items to children and families to expanding support for veterans, our impact continues to grow through the generosity of our community.
